Visiting Scholar, Department of Management and Organizations,
New York University's Stern School of Business (2018 - 2019)
The main goal of my research internship abroad is to advance the theoretical and methodological framework dedicated to the study of the dynamics of innovation in the biopharmaceutical industry. It proposes a vast documentary research project focused on the analysis of new theories, concepts, methods and instruments in order to measure health innovation activity in industrialized countries. Among the tools investigated are those related to strategic technological alliances (STAs), networks, technological shocks and technological collaboration. These tools help to understand the recent technological and organizational change in pharmaceutical companies.
